MOFEST 3
November 2007 • 170 attendees
This was an easy Mofest to organize since it was held at the very well set-up Abbey Pub on Elston. This was the first time we shared anything aside from movies, as John Adams and Katy Rall initiated our very first photo gallery on separate, prepasted sheets of foam core. We had an open bar for a couple of hours and an actual stage with lighting for founder and director Mo Wagdy to give his opening remarks. We started the screening with a sound snafu and very thankfully Mario Coletta happened to have the exact fix on hand, without it the night would have been lost!
Becky Werve provided the candy, Brian Babarik provided the cigars, and we screened the movies and our very first 48-hour film challenge by Jay Neander.
Amazing!
